Processing Time
Each piece from Barefoot Lasers is designed and finished in small batches.
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time.
Shipping
Orders are shipped from Ville Platte, Louisiana using trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package size.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Barefoot Lasers is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Returns
Because most items are handmade and produced in small batches, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out and we will do our best to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:

- Photos of the item and packaging
If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to replace the item or provide a refund when appropriate.

Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
